The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong bilingual (English/Mandarin) communication skills and ability to manage HR data efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the capability to contribute to both routine tasks and special projects within the HR department.
*Responsibilities*
- Utilize bilingual reading and writing skills to generate and write reports for headquarters in Shanghai
- Maintain and update employee data in the ADP and SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Use MS Excel to generate and deliver regular HR reports
- Assist local HR team with administrative tasks including maintain employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding procedures
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as needed
- Support benefits administration by answering employee questions, processing benefit enrollments, and assisting with benefits-related documentation
- Contribute to various ad hoc HR projects
*Experience*
- Previous experience in human resources or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
- Understanding of human resources practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
